SALES & CONFERENCE SERVICES MANAGER

Full Time Miami Beach, FL, US

Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

About the Role

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate all aspects of our conference services, including sales, planning, and execution. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our events. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.

This challenging and rewarding role requires a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or work experience equivalent, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and event planning
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Delphi preferred
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our conference services
  • Manage the planning and execution of all conference services, including logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction
  • Lead a team of conference services professionals to ensure the success of our events
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track the success of our conference services
Skills

As a Sales Conference Services Manager, you will use your strong sales and event planning skills to drive revenue growth and ensure the success of our events. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential in this role.
