The COSMOPROF SALES ASSOCIATE/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, acting as the advisor on the customer’s journey. Training and product knowledge are provided to support you in this role.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

The position requires periods of standing and walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. It may involve working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and exposure to irritant chemicals.
