Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Restaurant Server to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for ensuring guests are attended to with professionalism and hospitality.

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS ordering software, regular order pad, or by memory.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any guest requests or concerns.
• Clear and reset tables to ensure a clean dining area for incoming patrons.
• Process payment transactions and thank guests after dining.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient service.
• Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and restaurant promotions.

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with ease.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move about the restaurant efficiently.
