We’re bringing the vibrant flavors and warm hospitality of the Mediterranean to Miami Beach — led by world-renowned Chef Eyal Shani — and we’re looking for dedicated, motivated, and team-oriented Support Staff to join our opening front-of-house team!

In this role, you will play a vital part in keeping service running smoothly by supporting servers, maintaining dining room flow, and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and polished experience.
You will work closely with the front-of-house team and management to help create a welcoming, efficient, and high-energy service environment.
Responsibilities- Assist servers with food running, clearing tables, and resetting for incoming guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house support areas
- Refill water, assist with bread service, and support guest needs as directed
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service
- Communicate effectively with servers and management to support smooth operations
- Follow all service standards, health, and safety guidelines
- Help create a positive and professional atmosphere for both guests and teammates
- Previous experience in a restaurant support role (busser, food runner, server assistant) preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Good communication and time-management abilities
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights
