We are seeking a Line Cook – Cold Station to join our kitchen team in a high-volume restaurant environment. This position is responsible for the preparation, organization (mise en place), assembly, and presentation of cold dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients while adhering to hygiene, food safety, and consistency standards.

The ideal candidate has prior experience working a cold station, is organized, detail-oriented, and performs efficiently in fast-paced environments. The ability to work as part of a team and maintain a clean and orderly work area is highly valued to ensure an excellent dining experience for our guests.

• Prepare and present food in accordance with restaurant standards
• Organize the kitchen and maintain inventory control
• Supervise and support kitchen staff as needed
• Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the chef or management

• Previous kitchen experience, preferably in a cold station role
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques applicable to cold food preparation
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
