POSITION: DISHWASHER

DEPARTMENT: Kitchen

REPORTS TO: Executive Chef

About the Position

Giannis Restaurant, a busy and fast-paced restaurant in Miami Beach, is seeking a dependable and motivated Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This is a role that requires speed, organization, and teamwork to keep our kitchen operating at peak performance.

• Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans in a high-volume environment
• Keep dish station, kitchen, and storage areas clean and organized at all times
• Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and basic prep when needed
• Remove trash and recycling regularly
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
• Punctual, reliable, and professional.
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
