Bartender - South Pointe; Miami

Join our dynamic team at Motek! We are searching for a talented Bartender for our location in Aventura. Motek, is part of Happy Corner Hospitality Collective, is an Israeli-Mediterranean concept restaurant that prides itself on delivering exceptional service and culinary experiences to our valued customers. Our commitment to excellence extends to every aspect of our operations, and we're currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team.

• Become knowledgeable about dishes/cocktails in order to offer recommendations to guests.

• Take orders for guests who dine at the bar.

• Make cocktails based on order.

• Assist with stocking bar, ensuring batches are always fresh, slicing garnishes.

• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.

• Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment by communicating effectively and supporting team members.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant; minimum 2 years in a bartender role.

• Basic understanding of food handling and safety practices.

• Experience working with Toast POS system preferred.

• Extensive liquor/wine knowledge;
  Craft cocktail knowledge preferred.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
