The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, can work in a fast‑paced environment while demonstrating graceful movement on the restaurant floor, provides proactive service and anticipates guest needs, and has prior experience in fine dining.

• Set tables to standards and prepare side stations.
• Polish glasses and silverware.
• Ensure the surrounding table area is clean and free of crumbs, with sugar caddies and salt/pepper shakers in place.
• Assist the server with guests, using guest names and making eye contact.
• Reset dirty tables quickly.
• Restock all areas (silverware, napkins, glassware, linens).

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
