• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
• Conduct detailed floor care including sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and well‑maintained.
• Handle industrial cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning machinery areas or large‑scale facility spaces to uphold safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of trash disposal areas and restock supplies like paper towels, soap, and toilet paper regularly.
• Assist with custodial responsibilities in residential painting or minor maintenance tasks to support overall facility upkeep.
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with facilities maintenance teams on repairs or issues identified during cleaning routines.

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred.
• Proven skills in general cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and use of cleaning machinery.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices such as minor repairs or painting is a plus.
• Experience working in residential or commercial cleaning environments demonstrating attention to detail.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

Job Type: Full‑time
