Oak View Group - Miami Beach Convention Center [Custodian / Porter / Cleaner] As an Utility Worker at Oak View Group, you'll:
Conduct daily janitorial tasks across diverse areas such as restrooms, lobbies, meeting rooms, ballrooms, exhibit halls, and the entire campus;
Perform a range of duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window/glass cleaning, stainless steel polishing, and trash removal;
Ensure the cleanliness of terrazzo, concrete, and carpet floor surfaces is maintained at optimal levels;
Assume responsibility for the setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, staging, and various event equipment.
