Night Audit Supervisor

Andaz Miami Beach is recruiting a Night Audit Supervisor to join our team. The property boasts 287 guestrooms including 64 breathtaking suites and the only Ocean‑view arrival experience in Miami Beach.

The Night Audit Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of night audit duties as well as the front office during the overnight shift. The supervisor will act as Manager on Duty during the overnight hours and support the front office in a supervisory capacity.

• Greet and check in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the hotel and company on a daily basis
• Balance all ledgers and work performed during the audit shift
• Ensure the proper posting and charging regarding guest billing
• Prepare the front office for the am shift and reset the day’s business
• Act as Manager on Duty
• Ensure all guest requests are handled during the night audit shift
• Attend and actively participate in all front office meetings

• A minimum of a High School Diploma
• Previous night audit experience is preferred
• Ability to speak a second language fluently will be considered an asset
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends, holidays, overnight shifts
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to stand for a scheduled period of time
• Supervisory experience is preferred
