Royal Palm South Beach Miami We are seeking an accomplished and inspiring Director of Sales to join the leadership team of the newly re-envisioned Royal Palm South Beach Miami, re-opening in 2026 following a transformative $110 million renovation. This role is a cornerstone of the hotel's commercial organization, helping to shape the sales culture, driving the execution of revenue strategy, and positioning key group market segments for this premier premium-lifestyle resort.
Located at the iconic intersection of Collins Avenue and Ocean Drive, the 17-story Royal Palm will feature 404 redesigned guestrooms, over 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, and a dynamic food & beverage program, positioning the property as one of South Beach's most compelling destinations for corporate meetings, incentive travel, citywide conventions, and high-end social experiences.
The Director of Sales will lead the group sales organization through pre-opening, launch, and stabilization, ensuring strong market penetration, pricing discipline, and total revenue performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of progressive hotel sales leadership experience, ideally in an upscale or lifestyle resort environment
- Proven group sales leadership including driving complex, high-value business
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic, financially astute, highly organized, and results-driven
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as required
