The Joyce is seeking an experienced and polished Maitre D to join our front‑of‑house leadership team. This role is essential in delivering a seamless guest experience and managing reservations, flow, and hospitality standards at a high level.
Requirements- Prior experience as a Maitre D (required)
- Experience in a high‑volume restaurant environment strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Seven Rooms preferred; familiarity with Open Table and/or Resy a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and guest relations skills
- Ability to manage reservations, pacing, and guest expectations with confidence and grace
- Availability to work nights and weekends
