• Lead and inspire a team of bell persons, fostering a culture of exceptional service and professionalism.
• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and personalized experience.
• Coordinate luggage handling, transportation, and guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the resort’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Ensure a seamless flow of luggage, packages, and guest belongings.
• Provide recommendations and assistance to guests, enhancing their overall stay.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Uphold the resort’s standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

• Less than three moving violations in the three previous years.
• No DUI convictions.
• Current driver’s license where applicable.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Effective communication skills with the public and employees.
• Familiarity with the local area and attractions.
• One year of prior guest services/bell experience preferred.
• Valid CDL license where applicable.
