Pay Rate: $14–$15 per hour plus cash tips

Key Responsibilities- Mobilize and coordinate the entire valet process: retrieve keys, collect waiting guests’ vehicles, load vehicles, issue tickets, and enter customer information using electronic devices.
- Build rapport with guests, address inquiries, and provide directions when requested.
- Act as a courteous brand ambassador: open guest vehicle doors, unload vehicles, and ensure a positive first impression.
- Enforce vehicle safety and security procedures: direct traffic, set barricades, park vehicles, inspect for damage, and report incidents to leadership.
- Manage financial operations: request and collect fees, reconcile end‑of‑shift revenue, and report discrepancies.
- Assist guests with unloading luggage or personal items as needed.

- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to operate manual‑transmission vehicles.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Acceptable driving record and motor‑vehicle report (MVR).
- Quick learning and sound decision‑making in fast‑paced environments.
- Ability to move between valet stand and vehicle for extended periods of time.
- Previous valet experience preferred.
