We’re hiring a Barback to join the opening team at Aviv, a brand-new luxury dining experience located inside a 5‑star sustainable lifestyle hotel in the heart of South Beach. This is a rare opportunity to grow within a stunning waterfront property that blends modern elegance with nature‑inspired design. As a Barback, you will support the bar team in creating a seamless, elevated service experience for guests from around the world.

Salary: $17.00/hr - Paid Weekly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
• Assist bartenders with preparation, restocking, and bar setup
• Ensure bar tools and glassware are clean and ready for use
• Replenish ice, garnishes, and beverages as needed
• Remove trash, clean spills, and help maintain a safe work environment
• Deliver outstanding guest service in accordance with luxury hospitality standards
• Support morning shift operations (6 AM – 1 PM) with a proactive and polished presence

• Minimum age to serve alcohol. You must be 21 or older to be considered.
• Must speak English fluently, communicate confidently, and be well versed in the language of a luxury hotel.

• Prior experience in luxury hospitality or upscale dining preferred.
• Familiarity with bar tools and bar service flow.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
