If you have an outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, have dental knowledge and experience working as a Dental Assistant, we would love to meet you! Duties include but are not limited to: preparing patients for treatments, taking records, impressions, or x-rays, selecting and setting up instruments & equipment as needed, and assisting the dentist through 4‑handed dentistry, to name a few.
To be considered for this position you must be X‑ray certified in the state of FL with hands‑on dental assisting experience. We are looking for a candidate to travel to our sister offices:
Towncare Dental Associates of Homestead, Dental Center of Kendall & Miami Beach Dental Center.

Responsibilities- Clinical Support:
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures. - Patient Care:
Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care. - Radiography & Diagnostics:
Take and develop X‑rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models. - Compliance & Safety:
Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake (if needed).
- Help dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.
- Completion of a one‑year certified dental assistant program.
- Six months on‑the‑job experience (with supporting documentation).
- X‑ray certification.
- Nitrous Oxide certification is highly recommended.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be willing to travel (travel reimbursement included).
Dental Assistant are also expected to maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as required by law.
