Salary Range: $15.00 To $15.00 Hourly

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team at Grand Beach Surfside in SURFS. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will be the first point of contact for all inquiries and requests, and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.

Your ultimate goal will be to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests and residents, and to ensure their stay is as enjoyable as possible.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  • Fluency in multiple languages

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Taking care of VIP guest
  • Assist with tours & request
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and events
  • Handle guest and resident requests promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area

Skills:

As a Concierge, you will utilize your exceptional communication and customer service skills on a daily basis. You will need to be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
