A well-established, financial services firm is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of its Miami Beach office. This role reports to the Office Manager and partners closely with the facilities team to ensure a seamless, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee office maintenance and coordinate repairs with building management
  • Manage appliance maintenance and vendor servicing
  • Maintain inventory, including pantry stock and office supplies
  • Oversee office organization, storage (including offsite), and space management
  • Assist with daily lunch distribution
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Support internal office moves and space reconfigurations
Qualifications
  • Experience in facilities management within a professional office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
