A well-established, financial services firm is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of its Miami Beach office. This role reports to the Office Manager and partners closely with the facilities team to ensure a seamless, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee office maintenance and coordinate repairs with building management
- Manage appliance maintenance and vendor servicing
- Maintain inventory, including pantry stock and office supplies
- Oversee office organization, storage (including offsite), and space management
- Assist with daily lunch distribution
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Support internal office moves and space reconfigurations
- Experience in facilities management within a professional office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
