Responsibilities
  • Oversee attendance and compliance, distribution of equipment and supplies, payroll coordination, operation coverage and lost time, and new hire and transfer boarding.
  • Perform a wide variety of office duties such as typing, filing, ensuring telephone coverage, greeting and directing customers, and tracking anniversaries/birthdays.
  • Assist management with operational coverage by reviewing staffing, maintaining overtime volunteer lists, calling staff for overtime, and recording staffing and attendance on Workbrain timesheets.
  • Communicate coverage request status to management.
  • Assist with preparation of management presentations and special projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve office technology issues (telephone, copier, etc.).
  • Help plan, coordinate, andargas execute station events (Do Crew, luncheons, holiday meals, recognition events).
Minimum Tina Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Previous office/clerical experience.
Skills & Competencies
  • Proficiency with MSтет Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and structure.
  • Strong prioritization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Rapid grasp of new software and programs.
