In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between easy
Jet, ground handling partners, and airport authorities at Geneva Airport. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient ground operations while consistently meeting service level agreements and customer expectations. By driving operational excellence, performance management, and continuous improvement, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and service delivery.
- Act as the main operational point of contact between easy
Jet, ground handling agents, and airport stakeholders - Monitor and drive performance against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring on‑time performance and service quality
- Investigate operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Oversee compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including audits and incident management
- Lead stakeholder coordination and support continuous operational improvement initiatives
- CFC or equivalent qualification with 5–10 years of aviation or airport operations experience
- Strong knowledge of aviation safety, compliance, and operational procedures
- Proven analytical and investigative skills with a hands‑on operational mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in French and English; strong IT skills (MS Office); additional languages are an advantage
