Location: Tuxtla

Business Planning    1、  Organizes the development of a three-year business plan for the Mexico Market based on the
company's strategic development plan;
2、Develop and Implement the Annual Work Plan for the Mexico Market and Achieve Annual Sales
Targets;
3、Formulate and Control the Annual Budget for Mexico.
Business Development and Activities
1、  Develop and Maintain Key Clients and Distribution Channels in Mexico, ensure the competence in sales networks, supervise the collaboration and progress of the projects with key customers;
2、Conduct Market Research to Understand Industry Trends and Customer Needs, collect and analyze customers' feedback and needs, provide innovative advice for products and solutions;
3、Brand Promotion and Marketing Activities;
4、 Implement Sales Forecasting and Inventory Planning for the Mexico Market;
Market and Customer Demand Management
Formulate product strategies for the Mexico market, evaluate and implement company
product introductions, apply for settlement pricing, establish the product pricing system for
Russia, and facilitate the resolution of related product issues.
Operational Risk Management
Risk Management and Compliance
Team Management
Manage the Local Mexico Team and Oversee Local Operations.

Qualifications
1、Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred majors include Marketing, International Trade, Electronic
Engineering, or related fields;
2、 Over 10 years of sales experience in the AIDC industry, including at least 8 years of management
experience (with multinational team experience);
3、Extensive experience and strong customer resources in AIDC, IT hardware, or industrial automation industries, with proven experience in building markets from 0 to 1;
4、 Proficient in channel sales, direct sales, and solution-based sales models, with strong business
development capabilities;
5、Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and team leadership skills;
6、 Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate efficiently with global teams;
7、Willing to travel within Mexico or South America as required.
