(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week).

Experience:

+ 3 Years of experience with Apple device management using JAMF and a good understanding of O365 administration.
Country of residence: México City

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage macOS devices through JAMF Pro and/or Microsoft Intune.

• Enroll, configure, and deploy Apple devices following corporate policies and security standards.

• Create and manage policies, configuration profiles, and scripts for device compliance and automation.

• Provide L2/L3 support for macOS-related incidents, software deployments, and system troubleshooting.

• Manage and maintain software packaging and patch management for macOS applications.

• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure device encryption, compliance, and endpoint protection.

• Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process improvement initiatives.

• Assist in integration of macOS devices with corporate services such as VPN, Wi-Fi, printers, and file shares.
