Implementation & Support    Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements
Configuration & Customization
Design, customize, configure, and test FI/CO modules
Execute FICO configuration, functional documentation, and testing plans
Document functional designs, test cases, and results
Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions
Team Leadership & Training
Lead and manage SAP AMS teams across business units
Provide ad-hoc training and user support
Guide and mentor other FICO consultants
Collaborate with stakeholders to align business requirements
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Provide support and design direction for month-end and year-end closing
Strong financial accounting experience across FICO modules
Ensure high-quality standards in configuration and developments
Analyze financial business processes and propose improvements
