Your New Role

As Senior Project Manager – SaaS Implementation & Onboarding, you will lead the deployment and onboarding of the software for new clients in Mexico. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, including onboarding specialists, product, and development, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their business needs into project requirements, documenting processes, and maintaining communication with the global team. This role combines strategic planning, project management, and customer-facing responsibilities, with opportunities to influence processes and improve client experience.

What You Need to Be Successful

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- PMI certification (PMP or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing SaaS or software implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid).
- Advanced English (oral and written) – daily communication with international teams.
- Commercial mindset, able to understand and anticipate client needs.
- Experience in medium-sized or small companies preferred.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (onboarding, product, development).
