Patient Care Coordinator - Bilingual

About the Role

One of our clients is rapidly growing their practice and we are looking for a talented healthcare professional to join our Patient Care team in San Pedro.  You will be the friendly first point of contact for patients and providers. You’ll help coordinate appointments, manage records, and keep care running smoothly—making a real impact on the patient experience every day.

What You’ll Do

- Answer inbound calls from patients and providers
- Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
- Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation
- Follow up with patients to ensure continuity of care
- Support communication between clinical teams

What We’re Looking For

- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking

- Experience with EMRs or healthcare systems preferred
- Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus
