Client Support Specialist &##128205; Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 remote
&##Employment: Full-time | &##128176; We’re looking for a Client Support Specialist to join the team of a major global client. In this role, you’ll manage enterprise accounts, deliver exceptional support, and ensure clients maximize the value of their solutions.
Translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
Deliver demos, training sessions, and enablement programs to drive adoption.
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of B2B client support experience , ideally in SaaS.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Knowledge of Portuguese (Nice to Have)
