Corporate Security Manager

Location: Tizayuca

Build a comprehensive corporate security system by identifying and prioritizing threats. Develop a work plan to mitigate threats by managing risks, resources, and handling crises. Protect Puratos' physical, human, technological, and informational assets through the implementation of strategies, policies, and corporate security controls.
Operational Management
Supervise physical security of all national facilities, perimeters, access points, and critical zones.
Manage and audit external security companies; decide and coordinate shifts and performance of subcontracted security personnel.
Ensure full surveillance coverage at the plant.
Manage assigned budget.

Protocols and Technology
Implement and maintain electronic security systems (CCTV, alarms, sensors).
Control vehicle and pedestrian access through physical and digital systems.
Execute protocols for shipping, receiving, transit, and secure storage.
Execute protocols for executive transportation in case of risk.
Identify weak points in the Supply Chain.

Prevention and Response
Lead emergency actions at all work centers: thefts or incidents related to corporate security.
Coordinate with local authorities in case of incidents.
Conduct risk analysis and vulnerability studies nationwide.
Design campaigns to strengthen company security.
Manage communication with Corporate in accordance with crisis management and provide reports on local progress.

Administration and Reporting
Prepare periodic reports on incidents, performance metrics (KPIs), and updates.
Manage the physical and documentary custody chain of sensitive merchandise.
Implement corrective action plans derived from audits.
Prepare intelligence reports that support the achievement of strategic company objectives; opening/closing of routes and warehouses.

Training and Continuous Improvement
Identify areas of opportunity and implement improvement strategies.
Ensure compliance with standards and lead certifications in security matters.
Coordinate emergency response to identified risks.
