Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Ciénega de Flores

Position Summary:

Design and execute recruitment and selection strategies, ensuring the attraction of high-quality candidates aligned with the company's profile.
Principal Responsibilities:
Manage full recruitment lifecycle
Demonstrated ability with sourcing candidates using a variety of sourcing tools & techniques (OCC, Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, career fairs, university job board, agencies, social media, etc.).
Conduct recurring meetings with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to determine effectiveness of recruitment plans, attraction strategies and detail profile needed.
Deliver recruitment process excellence by following internal policies and procedures, accurately tracking candidate and requisition activity in the applicant tracking system and adhering to all compliance and legal requirements.
Ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness through market analysis and following compensation guidelines.
Track and report recruitment KPIs such as new hiring turnover, open position report status and time-to-fill.
Manage onboarding documentation and new hiring requirements
Partner with HR LATAM team in events, activities, projects, TA strategy and etc.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree completed.
English fluent. (must)
Experience in hard to fill positions (mechanical designers, electrical designers, program management, controls, etc.) at least for 3 years and 2 years in manufacturing positions. Total 5 years of experience.
Competency-based interviews.
Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.

Experience with high-volume recruiting.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquires.
Applicant Tracking System experience. (must)
