Their main objective is to develop and implement human resources policies and programs that support organizational goals and promote a fair, safe, and productive work environment.

Collaborate with senior management to develop human resources strategies and policies aligned with business objectives and organizational culture.
Identify areas for improvement in talent management and propose initiatives to drive employee engagement and enhance talent retention.
Oversee all phases of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and selection to development, retention, and separation.
Ensure recruitment processes are effective and aligned with the company's staffing needs, ensuring the hiring of suitable talent.
Design and implement organizational development programs to enhance leadership, employee training, and skills development.
Facilitate professional development programs and succession plans to identify and develop internal talent.
Supervise performance management and performance review systems to ensure fair and objective employee evaluations.
Maintain accurate and complete employee records and ensure all human resources processes are transparent and ethical.

Experience providing support to multiple corporate plants.
Personnel management.
English 90%.
Intermediate to advanced Excel.
SAP System.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations related to human resources.
