About de rol.  The HRBP acts as a strategic partner, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations. The primary focus is to manage labor relations, benefits administration, recruitment, and provide management consultancy to maintain an optimal organizational climate.

Key Responsibilities:

Labor Relations:  Support the negotiation of union contracts and collaborate with management to ensure local compliance and mutually beneficial agreements. Promote effective communication skills to maintain a stable work environment.
Management Consulting:  Advise leadership on a full range of HR programs, including disciplinary actions, performance improvement, occupational safety, and conflict resolution under the  Guaranteed Fair Treatment  policy.
Compensation & Benefits Management:  Ensure the accurate delivery, communication, and administration of compensation, benefits, and organizational planning programs.
Talent & Acquisition:  Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring that job postings and internal promotions align with corporate policies. Manage HR administrative paperwork and community recruitment resources.
Organizational Development:  Administer the annual employee attitude survey, analyze statistical trends, and develop management reports. Advise employees on career growth and personal development within Fed Ex.
Compliance & Auditing:  Serve as an HR policy advisor during GFTP (Guaranteed Fair Treatment Procedure) reviews and ensure all practices meet safety standards and corporate guidelines.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience:

A minimum of  two (2) years  of proven professional experience in one or more of the following areas: recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, labor/employee relations, training & development, and safety.
Proven track record in international project management.
Solid background within a GBS (Global Business Services) environment.

Languages:

English Fluency ( C1 Level  - Advanced)

Communication & Influencing:  Excellent persuasion and communication skills (verbal and written) to interact across all organizational levels.
Planning & Organization:  High capacity for accuracy and attention to detail in reporting and administrative tasks.
Human Relations:  Strong interpersonal skills to handle internal complaints, conduct fact-finding investigations, and maintain professional representation of the company.
