What we’re looking for:

✅Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
✅At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources
✅Strong knowledge and experience of  Labor Relations, Payroll, and Recruitment
✅Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion
✅Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
✅Passion for building a positive and supportive workplace
✅Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅English is a must for daily comunication.

Your role will include:

Managing HR operations, including payroll and employee relations
Leading recruitment and onboarding processes
Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
Ensuring compliance with labor laws , HR company policies and procedures
Supporting performance management and engagement initiatives
Acting as a trusted partner for managers and employees
