We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in Human Resources processes , particularly in employee offboarding , ATS management , and HR data administration . This role will be key in ensuring well-structured processes, compliance, and accurate tracking of employee and candidate information.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end employee offboarding process , ensuring compliance with internal policies and proper documentation.
Administer and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) , including candidate status updates, job closures, and reporting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and candidate databases .
Support internal audits related to HR processes.
Prepare and update HR operational reports for decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of HR operations.
Support the standardization and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Track and report key HR and recruiting metrics .
Ensure proper handling and organization of employee documentation .
Required Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition .
Proven experience managing offboarding / employee termination processes .
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
Experience working with databases, Excel, and/or Google Sheets .
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
Technical Skills
ATS platforms (Workday or similar systems).
Excel / Google Sheets (intermediate to advanced).
HR data management and reporting.
Documentation and administrative processes.
Soft Skills
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Clear and professional communication.
Analytical mindset.
High level of confidentiality and integrity.
Process-oriented approach.
Nice to Have
Experience in corporate or consulting environments.
Knowledge of compliance or audit-related HR processes.
Background in recruiting or Talent Acquisition support.
