We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in Human Resources processes , particularly in employee offboarding , ATS management , and HR data administration . This role will be key in ensuring well-structured processes, compliance, and accurate tracking of employee and candidate information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end employee offboarding process , ensuring compliance with internal policies and proper documentation.
- Administer and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) , including candidate status updates, job closures, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and candidate databases .
- Support internal audits related to HR processes.
- Prepare and update HR operational reports for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of HR operations.
- Support the standardization and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Track and report key HR and recruiting metrics .
- Ensure proper handling and organization of employee documentation .
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition .
- Proven experience managing offboarding / employee termination processes .
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
- Experience working with databases, Excel, and/or Google Sheets .
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
Technical Skills
- ATS platforms (Workday or similar systems).
- Excel / Google Sheets (intermediate to advanced).
- HR data management and reporting.
- Documentation and administrative processes.
Soft Skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Clear and professional communication.
- Analytical mindset.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Process-oriented approach.
Nice to Have
- Experience in corporate or consulting environments.
- Knowledge of compliance or audit-related HR processes.
- Background in recruiting or Talent Acquisition support.
