Puesto: Mobility Specialist (U.S Operations)
Location: Santiago de Querétaro

We are a U.S.–Mexico company specializing in   engineering construction and installation projects   , and we’re looking for an   experienced Mobility Specialist   to join our team.
This is a   hands-on, hybrid role   (office in   Querétaro, Mexico  ) directly supporting crews as they move to U.S. project sites.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating and booking flights
Negotiating with hotels, housing providers, and vendors
Managing short- and mid-term housing rentals
Ensuring compliance with visa and immigration requirements
Coordinating logistics to support smooth installation and construction projects
We’re looking for someone who:
Has   proven experience   in mobility, travel coordination, logistics, or construction/engineering support
Has strong   negotiation skills
Is   highly motivated   and ready to get things done
Can thrive in fast-paced, project-driven environments
Speaks English fluently   — must communicate clearly with U.S. teams
