We’re Hiring! Sales Manager – Mexico
Atlantium Technologies, a global leader in advanced water treatment solutions powered by our proprietary HOD™ (Hydro-Optic Disinfection) UV technology.
We’re looking for a highly motivated Country Manager – Mexico, to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the commercial and growth strategy in Mexico.
Develop business opportunities in water technologies and water treatment across municipal, reuse, and industrial markets.
Build, manage, and expand a strong network of partners, integrators, EPCs, and strategic customers.
Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation, technical–commercial proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
Work closely with global teams including sales, engineering, marketing, and operations.
Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and customer events.
Analyze market trends, competition, and regulatory frameworks to identify strategic opportunities.
Deliver against revenue, pipeline, and profitability targets, reporting to regional and global leadership.
Required Profile
~ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field (MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus).
~9–10 years of experience in water technologies and/or water treatment.
~ Proven experience in commercial, business development, or leadership roles in B2B environments.
~ Strong knowledge of the Mexican water market, including customers, integrators, and regulatory stakeholders.
~ Ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level.
~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
~ Fluent English (mandatory) and Spanish.
~ Willingness to travel within Mexico and occasionally internationally.
