The HR/HC Generalist supports the HC Operations team in planning and administering human resources activities. The Human Resources Generalist provides HR support on projects, initiatives and transactions. This person will assist with activities that may include program administration, policy and procedure implementation, payroll and benefits employee assistance, and planning for orientations.

* * THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE THAT REQUIRES A PRESENCE IN THE OFFICE 2 DAYS PER WEEK. THERE IS NO OPTION TO BE FULLY REMOTE.
* Administer Talent Management programs, such as leaves, rotations, and work schedules, generate and distribute appropriate documentation.
Coordinate MBA sponsorship for North America HC Operations team; draft and process MBA sponsorship agreements and stipends.
Organize new hire orientation (schedule presenters, maintain calendar invites, reserve meeting rooms, etc.).
ensuring accurate data management.
Enter employee transactions and draft related documents for regular and temporary new hires, transfers, manager changes, pay changes, status/role changes and terminations.
Manage required documentation in accordance with legal and company requirements and ensures accuracy and completeness.
Other HC activities - duties as assigned, including projects related to the business or the regional HC Operations team.
Bachelor's degree.
Two plus years of human resources experience (internships considered), preferably in a professional services environment.
HR Certification is a plus.
Maintains knowledge of trends and changes in Human Resources legislation, and conveys local and federal laws where appropriate
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point
The ability to be productive, flexible and to manage multiple project priorities in a complex, performance-driven environment
