dunnhumby is seeking a Shopper Insights Sales Leader. You will be accountable for commercial performance, with direct accountability for sales to key strategic clients. Your mission is to build and execute a robust plan to target new CPG companies and consistently deliver on sales targets.
What we expect from you
Experience:
+7 years in Insights or Sales for Retailers or CPG companies.
Sales Leadership:
Ability to design and align sales strategies with corporate goals. Experience optimizing "selling time" and driving high-performance behaviors.
Sales Management:
Mastery of revenue forecasting and pipeline management. Ability to identify and fix pipeline bottlenecks using key commercial metrics.
Consultative Selling:
Expert at using customer insights to scope briefs, deliver high-value projects, and achieve client objectives.
Technical Knowledge:
Proficient in data interpretation, Category Management, and assortment analytics.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Language:
Fluent English
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & New Business:
Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets by identifying and landing new CPG opportunities through a proactive, insight-driven commercial plan.
Strategic Alignment:
Ensure all sales activities are internally consistent and perfectly aligned with global corporate strategy and leadership behaviors.
Pipeline & Forecast Management:
Maintain high forecast reliability and pipeline health by tracking key metrics and optimizing effective selling time for the team.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Build and maintain trusted relationships at senior levels, acting as a strategic consultant to achieve both client and company objectives.
