- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to reside within specified distances of the workload center
- Background in sales, account management, or customer service roles
- Experience analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward goals
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in cardiovascular sales
- Established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists
- Proficient in using advanced analytics to generate customer insights
