Minimum age and key requirements:

• Minimum age 18+ years old
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated, customer‑service oriented
• Willingness to learn and excel
• Valid driver’s license with a 2‑year good driving record
• Reliable vehicle, proof of liability insurance

Responsibilities:

• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
• Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person
• Perform accurate arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), including monetary change
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Deliver product by car to customer door; deliver flyers or door hangers
• Navigate maps, locate addresses, and traverse adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings and private homes
• Maintain accurate documentation and safety standards during deliveries

Qualifications & skills:

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain and complex building layouts

Training:

Orientation and training will be provided on the job.
