Arthur Center Community Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Front Desk Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our dental patients, helping ensure a welcoming and supportive experience from check-in to check-out. We are committed to providing exceptional physical and mental health services to our community and in our Dental clinic, you can make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

Dental Front Desk Specialist

• Coordinate appointments and patient communications
• Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
• Maintain accurate records and uphold patient confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and proficient in telephone etiquette
• Assures that new patients are properly oriented to health center services and facilities
• Monitors schedules of dental clinicians to assure that clinical resources are maximized and that client caseloads are managed to provide adequate access to those needing routine and emergency care, and to provide compliance with Managed Medicaid Contracts
• Communicates with dental clinicians regarding schedules, patient concerns and appointment priorities
