- Teach high school mathematics courses including Algebra II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Physics, or Pre‑Calculus
- Design engaging lessons that challenge cadets to think critically
- Support cadets through tutoring and academic mentoring

The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is passionate about mathematics and helping students succeed
- Enjoys mentoring and working with teenagers

- Can make math engaging, practical, and relevant
We welcome candidates with backgrounds in:
- Mathematics
- Engineering
- Physics
- Statistics
- Computer Science
- Finance or Data Analytics
Teaching certification is preferred but not always required for strong candidates.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, STEM field, or related discipline
- Ability to teach high school mathematics
- Strong communication and classroom leadership skills
- Commitment to mentoring cadets and contributing to a positive school culture
- Classroom teaching experience
- Coaching or extracurricular involvement
- Experience mentoring youth
- Interest in STEM programming or academic enrichment
