About the Role

6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and category management of CAPEX categories .

Sort equipment experience considered a plus.

The candidate should have experience in negotiating complex EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contracts , performing cost analyses based on TCO , building clean sheet / should-cost models , and stakeholder management .

Experience in leading global CAPEX and OPEX category management of material handling / sortation equipment , contracting integration of sortation systems , and strategic sourcing of sorters, conveyor belts, and weight-and-dimension equipment is required. The candidate should also have experience in leading tenders for complex capital projects and negotiations of EPC contracts .

Projects in the logistics or warehouse industry or with baggage handling equipment in airports . They may have worked for major competitors of Fed Ex
