The Role
As a Maintenance Coordinator at the Monterrey Distribution Center (CEDIS), you will ensure the operational continuity and reliability of warehouse equipment, infrastructure, and utilities through disciplined execution of the maintenance plan. You will coordinate technicians and contractors, manage the weekly schedule, oversee CMMS data accuracy, and secure effective use of resources to support safe, reliable, and efficient logistics operations.
What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
Coordinate and supervise maintenance technicians assigned to the CEDIS.
Consolidate and manage the weekly/daily maintenance plan for warehouse equipment (racks, forklifts, conveyors, dock doors, HVAC, utilities).
Monitor backlog levels and ensure timely attention to critical work orders.
Secure availability of parts and materials for scheduled maintenance.
Ensure proper control, onboarding, and supervision of contractors working onsite.
Track and report maintenance KPIs (PM/PdM compliance, response times, backlog age, equipment availability).
Enforce operational discipline including LOTO, work permits, and safety procedures.
Support reliability initiatives, inspections, and corrective/preventive activities.
Validate and ensure CMMS data quality (work orders, closures, causes, costs).
Support operational areas by responding to maintenance needs in a timely and organized manner.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
Applicable Backgrounds:
Ingeniería Mecánica
Ingeniería Eléctrica
Ingeniería Industrial
Ingeniería Mecatrónica
Required Skills:
3–5 years of experience in industrial or warehouse maintenance.
Experience managing contractors and maintenance crews.
Knowledge of TPM, RCM, and maintenance best practices.
CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo or similar).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong understanding of safety procedures (LOTO, permits, inspections).
Intermediate–advanced English.
Work Model & Travel
On-site at CEDIS Monterrey.
No travel required.
