Coating & Finishing Process Expert

Location: Santiago Mexquititlán Barrio 4to.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Coating Process Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in offiline coating processes. You will be responsible for operating, optimizing, and troubleshooting coating equipment and processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creation, Implementation and Compliance with coating standards
- Searching for new solutions to meet customer requirements with a focus on high efficiently, cost reduction and standards creation and implementation.
- Optimization of current solutions (Proposing modifications to current solutions)
- Product and tools designee and analyse in case of process feasibility and risk management.
- Monitor process parameters and adjust settings to optimize quality and productivity
- Identify and resolve technical issues during offiline processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and engineering
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and process innovation
- Creation of equipment technical specification.
- Support in new projects development with reference to coating activities.
- Manging of suppliers and customers communication with cooperation to program management.
- Supporting to the plants in case of problem solving globally.
- Cooperation with plant technical team and technical managers.

Required Qualifications:

- Master's degree of material engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in coating.
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Project Management incl. project responsibility
- Working knowledge of CAD software for checking and confirming feasibility for tools and products.
- Communicative level of English (both spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to travel based on project or internal customers’ needs
