This Position reports to:

Your Role:
Own the Challenge
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technologies. Every day, you will be responsible for determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource within the assigned area. You will also demonstrate your expertise by performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential root causes, and recommending future actions.

This role is contributing to the Motion Service Division in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and coordinate the proposal and tendering process, ensuring accurate, competitive, and timely service offers.
Support Sales and customers by defining technically appropriate and cost‑effective solutions and preparing complex technical/commercial proposals.
Analyze customer needs and competitor offerings to strengthen proposal quality and identify improvement opportunities.
Define and communicate cost structures, manage proposal risk reviews, and ensure proper documentation.
Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
Qualifications :
3+ years of hands‑on experience with motors and drives, with strong technical understanding.
Background in preparing service proposals, contracts, or commercial agreements, ideally within an industrial environment.
Experience in risk analysis and defining technical/commercial scopes, with solid decision‑making skills.
Proven leadership abilities, including coordination of projects, teams, or technical activities.
Advanced English and strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑engagement skills.
Experience in service costing and tools such as MS Office, Salesforce, or SAP is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Control & Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering.
