Supervisor Tooling Engineer   This is a full-time on-site role located in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, México.

Role description
The Supervisor Tooling Engineer is responsible for leading the design and development of tooling solutions that support efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure tooling meets production, quality, and business requirements. The position involves applying engineering expertise, continuous improvement practices, and technical judgment to support operations and project needs, while promoting best practices, safety, and innovation within the organization.
Main responsibilities
Design tooling for manufacturing processes, including injection molding tools and progressive dies.
Collaborate with mechanical engineers and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient and effective component production.
Develop and refine tooling designs using CAD software.
Troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related issues during the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
+ 10 years of experience in tooling design and manufacturing within an industrial or high-volume production environment.
Skilled in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Relevant certifications or additional training in tooling design or manufacturing processes is a plus.
