Charter & Concierge Coordination Manager

Location: San José del Cabo

Otaduy Yachts | Los Cabos, Mexico   Otaduy Yachts is a luxury yacht charter and management company based in Los Cabos, serving some of the region's most prestigious resorts.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Charter & Concierge Coordination Manager to oversee the day-to-day coordination of yacht experiences booked through our hotel partners and direct clients.
This role is critical in ensuring every charter operates flawlessly and that our concierge partners receive immediate, professional support.

Key Responsibilities
Hotel Concierge Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact in Whats App groups with hotel concierge teams.
Respond quickly to availability requests, pricing questions, and charter inquiries.
Maintain strong professional relationships with concierge teams across partner hotels.
Charter Coordination
Coordinate all charter logistics from booking confirmation to departure.
Ensure all operational details are confirmed prior to each charter including:
Guest information
Transportation arrangements
Catering and special requests
Crew briefings
Departure times and marina logistics
Operational Oversight
Work closely with captains and crew to ensure charters are executed smoothly.
Monitor upcoming charters to anticipate potential issues before they arise.
Maintain clear internal communication with operations and sales teams.
Client Experience
Ensure every guest experience meets Otaduy Yachts' luxury service standards.
Confirm special requests, celebrations, or VIP needs are handled properly.
Follow up internally after charters to maintain quality control.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple conversations and requests simultaneously
Professional in written communication (Whats App, email)
Experienced in luxury hospitality, concierge services, yacht charters, or tourism
Fluent in English and Spanish
Based in Los Cabos

Experience with luxury hotels, yacht charters, or concierge departments is highly valued.
