Este puesto tiene la responsabilidad de la gestión integral y supervisión operativa del Condominio, coordinando de manera eficiente todos los servicios SOFT y HARD para garantizar el funcionamiento óptimo de las instalaciones.
ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES:
Gestión Operativa y Mantenimiento:
Seguimiento y control del plan operativo, mantenimiento y conservación del Condominio

Recepción de obra de equipos y sistemas del inmueble

Control y supervisión de adecuaciones del inmueble

Garantizar la seguridad e higiene de las instalaciones

Administración y Control:
Elaboración de reportes y programas de trabajo

Desarrollo y actualización del reglamento del condominio y reglamento interno de proveedores

Realización de recorridos constant es con bitácora correspondiente

Control de inventarios de insumos, materiales y equipos

Gestión de vida útil y mantenimiento de equipos

Seguimiento de planes OPEX/CAPEX

Supervisión de Servicios:
Revisión de alcances de servicios

Gestión de la prestación de servicios de proveedores

Supervisión de servicios de conservación, limpieza, seguridad y mantenimiento

Atención y Servicios a Condóminos:
Atención integral a condóminos (telefónica, presencial y por correo electrónico)

Gestión de logística para ingreso de los distintos proveedores

Atención a condóminos en situaciones de emergencia

Levantamiento y seguimiento de tickets de servicio

Seguridad y Protección Civil:
Implementación y seguimiento del programa interno de protección civil

Comunicación oficial de avisos

Seguimiento de siniestros e incidencias

Cumplimiento del reglamento de adecuaciones del Condominio
