International Organization is looking for an Operations Sr. Manager for Mexico Business Unit:
Main Objective:
Responsible for leading, stabilizing, and continuously improving field operations to ensure high service quality, productivity, and disciplined execution. The role will oversee day-to-day operational performance while designing and evolving a scalable operating model that supports growth, standardization, and long-term efficiency.
This position requires a leader who can operate effectively in complex, evolving environments, transforming fragmented or legacy practices into a repeatable, performance-driven operations platform. The Operations Senior Manager will balance execution excellence with structural improvement, ensuring the organization can scale without sacrificing service quality or profitability.

Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and continuously improve standardized operating processes that enable repeatability and scalability.
Balance standardization with practical local flexibility to ensure efficient execution and identify and eliminate structural inefficiencies, variability, and non-value-added activities embedded in operations.
Direct regional operations, ensuring consistent execution of installation, maintenance, logistics, and technical support processes and define and monitor operational KPIs (service uptime, First-Time Fix Rate, cost-to-serve, route efficiency, customer satisfaction) to ensure business goals are achieved.
Lead, coach, and develop field operations teams and local supervisors, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive optimization of inventory, spare parts, and equipment lifecycle management to guarantee service continuity and asset utilization.
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to align operational capacity with business growth and customer demand.
Oversee operational budget and resource allocation, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with company standards and local regulations. Manage the Spare Parts strategy, ensuring accurate forecasting, availability, and cost control to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities while minimizing downtime.
Implement best practices in preventive maintenance, route planning, and service delivery models to strengthen customer experience and profitability.
Promote digitalization, data-driven decision-making, and process automation to increase operational scalability and reliability.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, fostering a strong safety culture in all operations.
Represent the operations function in strategic business planning, actively contributing to the regional leadership agenda.

Requirements:
Bachelor´s degree related
From 5 to 8 years as a Manager in similar positions in operations management, preferably in services or consumer goods, technical services, or industrial solutions.
Advanced English
